Enterprise now owns 75% of this facility and is operator. In June 2012, we and Enbridge Inc. announced that the Seaway Pipeline made its first delivery of crude oil to the Texas Gulf Coast. Enterprise completed a merger with Duncan Energy Partners (DEP) in September, with each common of Duncan converting to 1.01 common units of EPD.
